W. Eugene Hallman 

W. Eugene Hallman has practiced law in Oregon since 1974. He is an accomplished litigator in both state and federal court and has tried over 500 cases throughout the State of Oregon. He also practices before the Oregon Supreme Court, the Oregon Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

Mr. Hallman has handled over 150 appeals including some of the largest personal injury appeals in Oregon history. That combination of trial and appellate experience provides the depth of legal expertise needed in complex cases.  

Mr. Hallman is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization whose membership is limited to the top 1 percent of lawyers in a state.  He has been elected to membership in  the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Since 2006, he has been designated as an Oregon Super Lawyer in the area of plaintiff's personal injury law. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

 Mr. Hallman has received the highest rating, AV, from Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years.
